Welcome to Loyaltyiz. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Loyaltyiz platform, including the mobile application, web dashboard, admin panel, and related services.
By accessing or using Loyaltyiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
About Loyaltyiz
Loyaltyiz is a loyalty management and rewards platform designed for manufacturers, distributors, and brands to run incentive programs for promoters, retailers, dealers, and channel partners through QR-based redemptions, schemes, rewards, and payouts.
User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
- Users may include promoters, retailers, dealers, executives, and administrators as approved by the brand.
- Accounts are created and managed by authorized organizations.
Account Registration & Access
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Loyaltyiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
Loyalty Points & Rewards
- Points are earned based on active schemes configured by the brand.
- Points have no cash value unless explicitly enabled by the brand.
- Rewards, redemptions, and payouts are subject to eligibility, availability, verification, and approval rules.
- Loyaltyiz is not responsible for scheme changes made by the brand.
QR Codes & Redemptions
- QR codes are single-use or rule-based, depending on the scheme.
- Duplicate scans, misuse, or tampering may result in cancellation of points or account suspension.
- Loyaltyiz uses automated checks (device, geo, velocity) to prevent fraud.
Payments & Payouts
- Payouts may be processed via UPI, bank transfer, or gift cards, depending on configuration.
- KYC verification may be required before payouts.
- Processing timelines depend on banking partners and verification status.
- Loyaltyiz is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Platform Usage
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
- Manipulate data, QR codes, or reward mechanisms
- Use Loyaltyiz for illegal or unethical activities
Suspension & Termination
Loyaltyiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access:
- For policy violations
- For fraudulent or abusive behavior
- If required by law or regulatory authorities
Intellectual Property
- All software, designs, trademarks, and content belong to Loyaltyiz or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Loyaltyiz is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for:
- Business losses
- Missed rewards due to scheme changes
- Technical or network issues beyond reasonable control
Third-Party Platforms
Loyaltyiz operates on third-party platforms including Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook,
Instagram). Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective
terms and privacy policies.
- Loyaltyiz is not responsible for outages or policy changes by third-party platforms.
- Message delivery and availability depend on third-party services.
LoyaltyiZ Usage & Automated Communication
Loyaltyiz provides automated chatbot services through third-party platforms including
WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram to assist users with loyalty points,
redemptions, scheme details, and general support.
- Chatbot responses are automated and may not always be accurate or complete.
- The chatbot does not replace human customer support.
- Users should not rely solely on chatbot responses for financial or legal decisions.
- For complex issues, users may be redirected to human support channels.
Data Collection & Privacy
By using Loyaltyiz, you acknowledge that certain personal and technical information
may be collected, including name, mobile number, device information, IP address,
chat interactions, and usage data.
- Data is collected to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
- Data may be shared with authorized brands running the loyalty program.
- Loyaltyiz does not sell personal data to third parties.
All data handling practices are governed by our
Privacy Policy.
Fraud Prevention & Monitoring
Loyaltyiz uses automated and manual monitoring mechanisms including device checks,
location analysis, and activity patterns to prevent fraud, misuse, and abuse.
- Suspicious activity may result in point reversal or account suspension.
- Decisions taken for fraud prevention are final.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
